This is a level built in UEFN to facilitate standard battle royale gameplay as well as support zone wars gameplay, which is effectively an endgame simulator for battle royale where the player spawns in with a full loadout of weapons, items, and health. It supports 2-16 players.

There are 4 main apartment towers with 4 apartment homes inside. Each apartment has its own unique style, layout, and storytelling. This allows for up to 16 players to safely spawn in Zone Wars, and get to action quickly. Each tower has large open windows facing inward to encourage fighting across the divide, and allow for players to run and build through for quicker action-packed gameplay. There are Ziplines in each tower elevator shaft that allow the player to get off on their desired floor for quick flanks.

In standard battle royale, this POI allows for each squadmate to land on their own tower and loot downward. If another team contests, the space then divides in half with the main connection being a narrow skybridge across the sides of the compound. There is water on the north end for safe jumps off high ground. The central courtyard contains a garden of tall grass and trees that allow players to be stealthy and hide inside. Underneath the structure is a parking garage that connects all the towers with access to the elevator shafts.
